Products and/or Systems:
If our products or systems do
not perform to specification, DynamicVOICE will repair the product or system
at no additional cost to our client. Should we be unable to repair your product
or system, we will replace the product or system at no additional cost to
our client. If the replacement product or system does not meet DynamicVOICE
specifications, we will remove the product and give our client a full refund.
Application Services:
All standard DynamicVOICE application services are provided
under a "no
term, pay as you use" contract! We believe if we are delivering the quality
of services our client's deserve, they will not choose to leave. However, if
we do not deliver a levels of service that meet and exceed the needs of our
clients, they deserve to be able to immediately switch to another provider.
Simply put, "we commit ourselves to the daily achievement of total customer
satisfaction."
Our commitment to total customer
satisfaction extends beyond product performance. Any other problem or concerns
that you have will be resolved promptly. Your billing statements, will be accurate
and easily understood. Any telephone calls or written communications that you
may generate will be answered in a prompt and courteous manner.
